  • What is the cost of an oak barrel cabinet or a Lazy-Susan?

    • The cost of an oak barrel cabinet or a Lazy-Susan depends on the client's requests. An oak-barrel cabinet ranges from $1,300 to $2,700. A Lazy-Susan ranges from $250 - $650. All prices are subject to change based on customer's preferences and/or customization.

 

  • Where do you source the material for your products?

    • We source our oak casks from trusted partners within the industry, located in California.

 

  • Are your oak barrels/oak tops authentic? 

    • Yes, the oak barrels/ oak tops are authentic. They still retain the cooperage or the winery stamp from where they originated from. 

 

  • What features come standard with an oak barrel cabinet?

    • Features that are standard with our oak barrel cabinet are French Doors, a static oak barrel lid shelf, a smoothly sanded barrel, locking casters, and finished with a lacquer or stain of your choice.

  • How long does the barrel fragrance last?

    • ​​​​​​​From the day the doors are first cut, the bouquet of the evicted wine will carry you away to the winery where the barrel was filled.  With the proper care of your barrel (keeping doors closed as necessary), the scent in your barrel should last you a minimum of two years.

 

  • What features come standard with a Lazy-Susan?

    • Features that are standard with all of our Lazy-Susan's are high-grade aluminum turntable hardware and spacers, a smoothly sanded oak top, high-grade nonslip soft silicone feet , and finished with a lacquer or stain of your choice.

 

  • Do you offer custom features that can be added to an oak barrel cabinet or a Lazy-Susan?

    • ​​​​​​​Oak barrel cabinets can include low voltage LED Lights (lights are automatic by opening/closing of the door/s), a Lazy-Susan shelf, or a wine rack.

    • Lazy-Susan's can include handles, be turned into a food-grade oak top, and epoxy clearcoat (either side). We are planning on introducing an option for engraving, more to come.

 

  • Are your products made in the United States?

    • NHBarrelworks is happy to share that all of our products are crafted in the United States.

 

  • Do you offer discounts/Military discounts?

    • NHBarrelworks offers various discounts throughout the year during certain holiday's. Check Instagram for notifications.

    • NHBarrelworks values every service member, past and present, as well as first responders. Please contact us for discount detail.

 

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    • ​​​​​​​All products carry a 30 day warranty covering materials and labor (shipping is extra). If the construction of your product does not function as discussed, we will make any repair to ensure your satisfaction is met.

    • In addition, we do offer repair services for products beyond the warranty period. We have complete records of every unit sold with regards to stain, finish, hardware and any custom components.

  • How soon will I receive my order?

    • ​​​​​​​Standard lids, not in our inventory, can take up to seven business days to ship. Inventory items ship next business day.

    • Standard barrels, not in our inventory, can take up to twelve business days to ship. Currently barrels are personally delivered to the following states: California, Nevada and Arizona. Shipping is not available at this time.

    • Shipping times for custom items will be determined when the order is placed.​​​​​​​

 

  • ​​​​​​​Can I pick up my order?

    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Currently, we do not offer will-call. However, Southern California customers are able to receive personal product delivery at an extra cost.
